Mentor Professional Profiles
Enables mentors to maintain a professional profile within Equate Ed — capturing biography, teaching role, years of experience, subject areas, mentoring philosophy, credentials held, and professional growth goals. When active, mentors have a dedicated profile space alongside their candidate-facing workflow.
RAPIDS / AmeriCorps Compliance
Activates the compliance data fields required for federally registered apprenticeship programs. When active, placement records capture O*NET occupation codes, employer EIN, OJT hours by RAPIDS category, related technical instruction hours, and wage rates. Data is available for export via the RAPIDS export template.
Pulse Checks
Periodic candidate and mentor check-in surveys that surface wellbeing signals, engagement status, and program experience data for program administrators and coaches.
Custom Integrations (SIS, LMS, HRIS)
Connects Equate Ed to your institution’s existing systems — Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, and Human Resources Information Systems. Configured per institution. Requires a data sharing agreement before activation.
